What data we process
For candidates, we process names, contact details, current and previous positions, education, CVs and what you tell us in conversations and interviews. We also process our notes, assessments and references. For franchisees, we also process the information about your financial circumstances that you choose to share.
For clients and contact persons, we process names, job titles, contact details and the communication we have with you.
When you visit the website, technical data such as your IP address and browser are processed. This is needed for the website to work and stay secure.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, such as information about health, religion or political opinions, and we ask you not to share such information.
Where the data comes from
We work with executive search and headhunting. This means that we often find candidates ourselves, in public sources such as LinkedIn, company registers and industry networks, or through recommendations. When we collect data about you in this way, we inform you no later than when we first contact you.
Data also comes from you and from referees whom you have agreed that we may contact.
Why we process the data
We process candidates’ data to recruit for our clients’ assignments and to contact you about future assignments that suit you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in conducting recruitment. We have assessed that this interest outweighs your interest in the data not being processed, as we only process data relating to your professional role and always tell you that we hold it. You can object to the processing at any time.
We process data about clients and contact persons to carry out and administer our assignments, on the basis of contract and our legitimate interest. We process technical data about visitors so that the website works and stays secure.
Who we share the data with
We only present you to a client once you have agreed to proceed with that specific assignment.
We use suppliers for services such as email, storage and hosting of the website. They process the data on our behalf and in accordance with data processing agreements. The data is stored in [specify systems, for example email and recruitment system].
Transfers outside the EU and EEA
The website is run by Cloudflare, which may process technical data outside the EU and EEA. When data is transferred outside the EU and EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place under the GDPR, for example the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it. You can also ask us to correct inaccurate data, erase data, restrict processing or object to it. In some cases, you have the right to receive the data in a format that can be transferred to someone else.
