About the role

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the company’s operations, results and development. You report to the board and lead the management team in taking the company forward.

The company has a solid foundation. The next step is about continued growth, a stronger offering for clients and a high standard of governance and control. You will be the one who holds the strategy together and makes sure it is put into practice throughout the organisation.

The role involves close collaboration with the board and owners, and clear external responsibility towards clients, partners and regulators. You are the face of the company externally and a role model internally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the company in line with the strategy and targets set by the board
  • Lead the management team and build a strong leadership and company culture
  • Take responsibility for the company’s results, budget and financial development
  • Ensure the business is run with sound risk management and in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Report to the board and act as a sounding board for the chair and owners
  • Represent the company towards clients, partners and authorities

We are looking for someone with

  • Experience as a CEO or from another senior position in financial services
  • A good understanding of regulation, supervision and risk management in financial services
  • Experience of leading change and creating profitable growth
  • Experience of working closely with and reporting to a board
  • Clear, attentive leadership that inspires trust
  • Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English
